Ash Street, Salina, Kansas 66101 offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all the right, title and interest of the Defendants above named, in and to the following described real property situated in the County of Saline, State of Kansas, to-wit: That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Two (2) West of the 6th P.M., in Saline County, Kansas, which is more particularly described as follows:
