The State of Kansas,
Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services is accepting written
proposals for
approximately 3500 square feet of office space in Abilene,
Kansas. The desired lease term is for five years, but additional longer length proposals will be accepted. The
facility must be ADA compliant and
accommodate on-site parking for both staff and customers. The space may be new, renovated or remodeled with
availability on or before 4/30/09. Prospective
bidders may attend a pre-proposal conference to be held at 10:00am on September 4, 2008 at the Abilene SRS office, 505 NW 3rd, Abilene,
Kansas. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference will not result in your bid rejection. For further

October 6th, 2008.
