Free pocket Constitutions with the Declaration of Independence will be distributed to the first 1,000 people attending the Salina Tea Party's 2011 Tax Day Restoring Liberty Rally on Monday.
The rally is set to start at 5:30 p.m. at the Robert Caldwell Plaza located between the City-County Building and the Salina Public Library.
The keynote speaker will be U.S. Congressman Tim Huelskamp. Other speakers include Joe Miller, the tea party-backed candidate who won the 2010 Republican Primary for U.S. Senate in Alaska; Kansas Rep. Tom Arpke, R-Salina; and tea party leader Joe Winship and Charlie Rhein.
