HARPER - Carl Lee Weathers, 75, formerly of Russell, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012. He was born April 8, 1936, to Carl Glen and Marjorie (Dutton) Weathers. Preceded by: parents; and sisters, Betty Smith and Jackie Adams. Survived by: children, Charla J’ne Thomas, Kelligh Loyd, Lonnie and Mark Weathers; a stepson, Jerry Sullivan; stepdaughters, Annette and Theresa Sullivan; brothers, Glen and Lyle Weathers; a sister, Mary Kuntzsch; and companion, Pauline Allender. Visitation will be from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. today, Feb. 9, at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell. Service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Bunker Hill Cemetery, Bunker Hill.
