ST. FRANCIS - Michael Ray Forsythe, 47, died Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, at Kindred Cherry Hills Care Center, Englewood, Colo. He was born July 31, 1964, in St. Francis. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark.
Surviving family include his parents, Larry and Deanna Forsythe and grandmother, Mantte Henderson, all of St. Francis.
Visitation will be Monday, at Knodel Funeral Home, St. Francis. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, at Church of Christ, St. Francis. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to Michael Forsythe Memorial, and may be mailed to Knodel Funeral Home, 202 S. Benton, St. Francis, 67756.
