LINN -- Bertha C. Winter 95, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009.
Bertha is survived by her daughter, Shirley Knight (Loren), of Wahoo, Neb.; son, Donald (Shirley), of Linn; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter; and a son, Paul. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Ward Funeral Home, Linn, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Palmer, with burial in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, Palmer. A memorial has been established and will be designated later, in care of Ward Funeral Home, Washington.
